  Having used Hayley, Clare and the team at Moores Interiors to furnish my new home I am incredibly happy with the end result. Being keen on interior design myself and having a clear vision of what I wanted might put some people off but the girls wholly encouraged my input and made me feel very much part of the decision making process and were able to advise me with their experienced eye, obvious flair for design and incredible product knowledge. I could not recommend Moores Interiors highly enough. Professional, friendly, and just really great people to work with.

  This company can't do enough for you until you buy a product and then their after sales service is shocking. The manager has refused to respond to my emails or phonecalls.
  I bought some wallpaper for which they quite happily calculated how much I needed and managed to sell me an extra roll and another half left over. The wallpaper wasn't cheap either at over £100 a roll. When I tried to return the extra unopened roll I was told they did not have the expertise to calculate the wallpaper needed. My question to them was....well why did you do it then? No reply to that. At the no point was I told they don't do refunds or even a credit note, until after I purchased the product. They have tried to tell me the wallpaper is bespoke and made to order. Even though I can buy the exact same one from John Lewis or online, and who would have no issues in returning merchandise.
  I can only come to the conclusion they deliberately sell you more wallpaper than needed to make a few extra bucks.
  Beware.... They do not comply with the consumer rights act....no refunds or exchange, and they do not notify customers of this on the receipt or notice at the till!!
  Scammers!
