  This company was my only and usual Taxi services to use , unfortunately some of the drivers start charging extra even though I have checked and confirmed the price before I book , very disappointed,, coming back from T5 to Pinner recently considering we have confirmed the price and waiting 15 minutes at the car park for the driver to arrive , we’ve been charged extra for the car park

  I would never recommend getting a cab from here, the staff are rude, make you feel uncomfortable whilst in the car, they over charge when they quote you a price over the phone & they are always late once you start to become a regular customer. I had used this company all my life but after my last couple of experiences with them I can gladly say NEVER AGAIN! Would not recommend taking this firm to people I dislike let alone people I do! If you want to get a cab who are more reliable & always on time, better prices, nicer staff, then ACC Cars (2 minute walk away from Middlesex cars right next to Eastcote station) is the place to go!
