  I would rate 3.5 stars ideally. Food, no doubt, is good and the location being high street of pinner is one of the best in the north-west part of London. There is some old time charm to this place. Staff is alright and they really need to use proper pizza knifes rather than normal knifes with which one struggles.

  Stood there for 5 minutes being ignored, so stopped a waitress to ask if we could sit at a table. Sat down and were ignored again, so we went and got our own menus. Ignored again for another 5 or so minutes (felt like longer) so we left and went to Zizzi’s across the road.
  
  Have been to that branch of Pizza Express many times before but certainly won’t be going back. If only a member of staff had said “sorry, will be with you soon” we might have stayed, but just ignoring customers is not the way to run a restaurant.
